Rooms in 91 were spotless. The bed was good, best sleep ever. Coco, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.
There was no safe. This hotel was on an noisy street.
-
Near the pier/port and 20 minute walk from 9/11 memorial. Very fast wifi, clean bathroom. Good value for the money
-
The location was great, close to subway, Walking distance to 9/11 museum. Pristine hotel. Fast and reliable internet

Beds were very good

Дщсфешщт in Chinatown was good. Beds were very comfortable. There are vending machines on every floor. Reception was always busy.
Hotel reception was on the 2nd floor and was hard to find. Passing trains were clearly audible. In the evening outside the door you can hear a distinct smell of garbage.
-
Location. Road noise. Friendly staff
-
The hotel is functional. The beds are clean and large. Bathroom was clean, too. Only the carpet should be replaced once again.
Like I said, the carpet! Otherwise everything was fine!

the confort, the staff

Price is good and the rooms are confortables.

Spacious room, and spacious bathroom, in New York standard of course. Good value for city travelers. Location is convenient but not ideal -- in a Fujianese part of China Town. As travelers from China, we did not intend to stay in China Town, but since it was called Lower East, it did not occur to us that it was an extension of China Town when booked. Travelers from China who do not speak much English might find it convenient to stay in this area. Room was very warm.
No window in our room. Since the hotel is a slice of the building, I'd say quite many rooms had no windows. Only Chinese shops in the neighbourhood, so if you feel like a beer or some snacks late in the night, you couldn't find a convenient store close by. The vending machine in the hotel had only soft drinks.

Location
Room on bridge/train side is quite loud. Front desk had ear plugs which were uncomfortable to sleep in and it was still difficult to get a good night's sleep because the train vibrates the hotel. Did ask to see if there was a room available on the other side, but the hotel was full except for one room on the 6th floor, which was parallel to the train, which was even louder.

Hotel was clean, but had the raw seafood smell on the first floor. Room was tight but had enough room for two double beds that were very comfortable. Really noisy at night due to the hotel is located right next to the manhattan train.
no room mini frig for left over food. Noisy from train,,,,,all day and night. Front desk charge 2 dollars per bag to store luggage after check out.

The best thing I liked about my stay was the comfort of the room. The beds were very nice. It was also roomy for the price. I've stayed in higher priced hotels with much less space. Having a taxi service available to the airport was convenient.

proximity to subway and Soho

The staff, cleanliness and location of the hotel was perfect for us, in the heart of china town I was a little reserved on my expectations, however i was totally pleasantly suprised, i felt safe the hotel was very perfect for what we wanted to do (tour, drink and eat). I can truly say it was perfect for me and my friends, and perfect is a word that doesnt leave my lips easily. Value money, but if u want something a little bit more luxurious then this is not for u, but if like me its cleanliness, comfort and location your after, hotel 91 is the place for you. Enjoy.
